Penny Rogers

Penny is an Environmental Engineer specialising in waterway health and ecosystem restoration. Her professional experience includes geomorphology, waterway engineering and design, and natural resources management. Penny currently works as the Senior Asset Practitioner – Form and Connectivity with Melbourne Water where she is responsible for on-ground works designed to improve the geomorphological form and fish passage connectivity condition of Melbourne's waterway assets. Her current role, as part of the Waterways Asset Management team, works to develop and evaluate management regimes that direct the Level of Service to be applied to the form and connectivity of rural, urban and new urban (constructed) waterways across Melbourne Water's operating catchment.
