Andrew Briggs Senior Project Officer, North East CMA Andrew has worked with the North East CMA for 17 years, with a strong focus on works implementation, including: • Disaster recovery (flood, fire) • Strategic programs for benefits to river health. Projects pioneering the use of structural interventions in high energy waterways for both habitat and structural stability gains have been of particular interest. • Project Management of major fishway design and development projects. • Community and Angler engagement Qualifications include a B.App.Sci in Natural Resource Management; Graduate Certificate in River Health Management, University of Melbourne. Michael Broughton Catchment Officer, North East CMA Mick has worked with the North East CMA since 1995. Mick has extensive on-ground experience as Operator, Works Supervisor and Project Officer leading the delivery of the Mitta Mitta River Channel Capacity program. Qualifications: Certificate 4 in Natural Environment & Land Management; Water Industry Twinning program (2019).
